2023 Vision Boards

I am a strong believer in ensuring that buyers are the strongest possible home buyers. Successful homeownership is the goal.

As part of this process I suggest that you make your goal of homeownership known to not only you but also to your friends and family. If you have kids, they are awesome accountability partners and will help keep you on track.

Buying a home takes preparation and planning. One key factor I believe is visualizing your goals through a vision board. A vision board is a visual reminder of your goals to become a homeowner.

I have been making vision boards for years and want to share some of my past boards with you.  As you can see, some years, I make big boards and some years I make small ones.   

Whatever your preference is you can order vision board kits on Amazon or do it the old fashion way and cut up old magazines. The dollar store is also a wonderful place to grab poster board, scissors, tape, markers whatever you need.  

I love having a vision board party and inviting friends to join me in the process. It also helps when you are in the homebuying process to have friends and family know your goals as they can keep you focused and on track to achieve your goal of homeownership in 2023!

Once you finish your vision board, send me a picture!  Also, make sure that you hang it somewhere you will see it!
